Pilates

Pilates improves and changes the body's alignment habits, the Method’s core elements based upon a thorough understanding of anatomy. It improves posture, flexibility, muscle control and endurance.

Complimentary classes are conducted at our Pilates studio six days a week. Private instruction is available on Pilates mat or equipment to enhance your existing practice or introduce you to the Method.

60 minutes  $150 (up to 2 people)
90 minutes  $225 (up to 2 people)
