Stress depletes mineral levels in the body, which can cause mental instability, fatigue and disrupted sleep cycles. The focus is primarily on experiencing various mind and body techniques based on the concepts and philosophies of Yoga and related disciplines.

Our consultants will put together a plan comprising relaxing therapies, outdoor pursuits and wellbeing  lectures. Whether to learn meditation or to explore unresolved issues from the past, this programme will support your pursuit of a more balanced self.

Personal fitness training may also be prescribed, various intensities providing effective release of negative emotions. It can convert stress into motivation for increased health and wellbeing.
