Terrace
Terrace, with both outdoor and indoor tables, serves breakfast and dinner. As with all Parrot Cay's dining experiences, menus are presided over by Executive Chef Daniel Moran.
For breakfast, enjoy fruit, breads from our bakery, blueberry hotcakes or buttermilk pancakes. We offer healthy alternatives from the COMO Shambhala menu, including crunchy homemade muesli and our popular energy-giving smoothies.
Italian-inspired dinner menus present innovative combinations. Dishes might include ricotta gnocchi, sea scallops, sautéed wild mushrooms, asparagus and parmesan shavings, or sautéed mussels in spicy tomato and Italian sausage sauce.
Note: During the summer season, we will alternate between the Terrace and the Lotus for dinner service.
