Lotus

Lotus is an easygoing al fresco poolside eatery with open kitchens for lunch and dinner. Guests come and go in simple sarongs and flip-flops. Ideal for families, you can graze while the kids play in the pool.

Salads include yellow fin tuna takaki, seaweed salad and ponzu dressing. Other Asian-inspired dishes range from steamed blue cod, chilli, lime and coriander to Balinese-spiced mahi-mahi.

Dishes like grilled conch, spicy mango and peanut relish strike a local, Caribbean note alongside that sweet Turks and Caicos favourite – spiced banana fritters with banana ice cream. Easy lunchtime dishes include burgers, salads and pastas.

Note: During the summer season, we will alternate between the Terrace and the Lotus for dinner service.
